This foundational course introduces students to the core principles of life coaching. Designed for beginners, Level One explores essential coaching skills, the coaching mindset, ethical guidelines, and the structure of a professional coaching relationship. Students will gain practical tools for active listening, goal setting, and client transformation, while also exploring universal laws and personal development principles. Upon completion, students will be equipped to begin practicing as entry-level life coaches and continue confidently toward intermediate certification.
